Educate and train future leaders in the field

Climable’s internships introduce students to opportunities in the energy and environmental sectors. Interns learn to work with multiple stakeholders and communicate challenging information efficiently, and then interns use these skills to build socially responsible careers. To hear from former interns, check out the testimonals section below!

Climable Internships

Are you an undergraduate or graduate student in the Greater Boston area interested in renewable energy, environmental justice, and community engagement? Join our team as an intern!

Our paid internships ($17/hr) are on a semester basis (Spring, Summer, Fall) and are supported by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center’s (MassCEC) Internship program. We aim to train future leaders in the energy and environmental space by providing our interns with hands-on opportunities to learn skills in communications, project management, non-profit operations, grant writing, and more. Internships are hybrid positions and hired interns must be able to attend at least one in-office day per week on Wednesdays.

Climable is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. We recognize that women and People of Color are less likely to apply to positions unless they meet every requirement. If you are interested in one of these roles and it doesn’t align perfectly with your experience we still encourage you to apply!
